Whole Way House volunteers play a vital role in making Christmas special—setting up, serving a delicious meal, sharing meaningful conversations with residents, and helping wrap up the celebration. It’s a beautiful opportunity to bring joy, build connections, and support seniors as we continue building healthy communities in housing.

11:30 AM – 11:45AM Arrival & Volunteer Orientation
11:45 AM – 1:00 PM: Event Set-Up
1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Program Time- Meal is served (First Seating)
1:45 PM – 2:30 PM: Program Time- Meal is served (Second Seating)
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Clean-Up & Event debrief
